• Coaching Session For Artists with Sonja Kanno • 60 Minutes • Monday - Friday at 18:00 (UTC+09:00) • 1 client per session • Zoom Video Call A 60-minute Art Coaching Session via Zoom Video Call: Coaching sessions are available from Monday to Friday, at 18:00 (Japan Standard Time, UTC+09:00). You can specify your preferred date in the "Comments" field during checkout. Please book your coaching session at least two weeks in advance. Due to a fully booked schedule, your preferred date and time might not always be available. In such cases, the artist will work with you to reschedule. A link to your Zoom meeting will be emailed to you once your appointment date and payment have been confirmed. REQUIREMENTS • You will need a Zoom account and access to a device with internet connection for video calls. • To complete your booking, please ensure to provide a valid email address and phone number in the designated fields during checkout. • Please let us know your preferred date in the "Comments" field during checkout. We will confirm your appointment via email and reschedule with you if necessary. CANCELLATION POLICY • Coaching sessions are nonrefundable. All sales are final. • You can reschedule the appointment for your coaching session, provided you give a minimum of 48 hours notice via email or the following contact form: https://atelierkanno.stores.jp/inquiry • If you are late for your Zoom call, please let us know as soon as possible. Please note that missed time will be deducted from the remaining time of your call, and you will still be charged for the full rate of the session. • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the coaching session fee. This may also result in the refusal of future bookings and services. Thank you for your understanding. PLEASE NOTE In the event of inappropriate or endangering behavior, the artist reserves the right to terminate Zoom calls immediately. No refund will be issued.
